• Upon successful payment, the Product will be delivered instantly to the email address you provided during checkout via Payhip.

2. No Refunds & Digital Right of Withdrawal

• Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final. Once a digital Product has been downloaded, accessed, or the download code has been revealed, you expressly waive your right of withdrawal and refunds are not permitted.
• If you experience any technical issues with the download link or file corruption, please contact us at microbiomephylo@gmail.com and we will replace the file immediately.

3. Intellectual Property & License Grant

• When you purchase a Product, you are buying a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the code/script for your personal, academic, or internal business research projects.
• You are strictly prohibited from:

• In no event shall Microbiome16S be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, loss of data, server downtime, or research delays) arising out of the use or inability to use the purchased Products.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy / European Union, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
