Your Brain is a Pattern Recognition Machine.


It links certain triggers-like a tone of voice, a look, a situation, even your own thoughts— with specific outcomes. That's the pattern.


It says: When X happens, Y follows.

When someone ignores me, it means l'm not wanted.

When my body feels this way, it means something is wrong.

When I feel stressed, I have to shut down or push through.


Once the brain makes those associations, it starts stringing them together-again and again-until the pattern becomes automatic.

You don't even think about it anymore. It just happens.

That's when the habit kicks in: the nervous system reacts the same way and wreaks havoc on your body every time. You feel the same rush of panic, the same shutdown, the same pain or fatigue.


The trap is this: your brain keeps recognizing the same triggers and running the same story. Your body keeps responding in the same way. And around you go.


The only part of you that can interrupt this loop is your True Self. True self is not of the brain. Its pure consciousness. bin

"Is this actually true?"

"Is this reaction still serving me?"

"Can I do something different right now?"
