1. General Information
- The MindFit Program offers online and in-person fitness coaching, wellness guidance, and educational content.
- Participation requires that clients are in good physical health or have medical clearance before starting any new exercise program.
- By enrolling, you acknowledge personal responsibility for your health and safety during all sessions.
2. Payments
- All payments must be completed in full before access to classes, programs, or digital content is granted.
- Subscription or package fees are billed in CAD (unless otherwise noted).
3. Refunds & Cancellations
- Digital Programs (e.g., videos, guides, memberships): Non-refundable once purchased.
- Private Sessions: Cancellations require at least 24h notice to reschedule. No-shows or late cancellations will be charged in full.
- Group Classes: Non-transferable and non-refundable, unless cancelled by The MindFit Program.
4. Rescheduling
- Clients may request rescheduling (subject to availability) if notice is given within the required time frame.
5. Liability Waiver
- Clients agree to participate voluntarily and release The MindFit Program and its coaches from liability for injuries or accidents that may occur during training.
- Always listen to your body, follow guidance, and stop immediately if you feel unwell.
6. Privacy Policy
- Personal information (name, email, health notes) is collected solely for coaching and communication purposes.
- Your data will not be sold or shared with third parties without consent.
- We may use anonymized progress data for testimonials or marketing, only with your permission.
