Partnering with MfSP

At MfSP, we partner with academic vendors, campus stores, bookstores, and online retailers to make our titles available to students, educators, and readers worldwide. We keep our process simple, transparent, and professional to ensure smooth transactions for our partners.

Availability to vendors is determined in collaboration with the author. Some authors may choose to hand-deliver titles directly to students in specific courses to reduce shipping costs, while opting to sell wholesale outside their home institution through vendors such as Akademos or bookstore networks for adoption at other institutions.

How We Operate

Primary Distribution — All books are printed on demand through trusted production partners (Lulu and IngramSpark).

Fulfillment — Vendor orders can be fulfilled:

• Direct from MfSP (best for academic adoptions and bulk purchases)
• Through IngramSpark (standard wholesale channel for bookstores and libraries)
• Turnaround Time — Once a vendor order is confirmed, production and fulfillment are typically completed within 15 business days. This includes printing, processing, and preparing books for shipment. Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method.

Vendor Terms

• Wholesale Discount — Negotiated for Direct Sales and Standard wholesale discount offered depending on order size. Contact us for current rates; Discounts and rates vary by order size and print and distribution channel used (e.g., IngramSparK, Lulu Print, KDP etc).

• Returns Policy — Returnable copies are set by the author, but generally returns are accepted when using Ingram distribution (US orders), returns are not accepted for International orders) Returns are subject to standard return terms. Direct orders vary in return policy and these are determined by the author choice, unless defective.

• Minimum Order — No minimum for academic adoptions; bulk discounts available for quantities over 50 copies.

• Desired delivery date
• Preferred fulfillment method (Direct (Lulu Print) or IngramSpark or KDP)
