As crystals are personal and energy-related items, if you feel that the crystal is not right for you after receiving it.

You may contact me within 7 days to arrange an exchange or refund and provided the item is unused and in its original condition.

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days via the original payment method.
