Avatars Terms of Service

• Do NOT make any of my avatars public, if it's not uploaded by me it is an illegal upload.
• Do NOT price split my avatars.
• If purchasing for another person, be sure to put their information in at checkout! (Discord/VRC - Name/Email)
• You may not use/convert my avatars into other games, they are for VRChat only.
• If in a future VRC update something breaks in an avatar, it is NOT my responsibility to fix it.
• Do NOT trade/leak/resell/redistribute my avatars.
• Do NOT take any asset/animation/texture/icon from my avatars.
• You may use my avatars for streaming purposes; Youtube/Twitch/etc. WITH credit to my shop.
• You may edit my avatars, however you may NOT claim them as your own, give credit.
• If you find a leaked public upload of one of my avatars, report it and please do NOT use it.
• You may ONLY use my products by obtaining from the original source.
• You are responsible for your purchase, refunds will not be granted for digital products.
• You are only allow to share my file to a uploader when you have my permission or join my server for upload request so please create a ticket in my server.

• The edit is for personal use
• The edit is uploaded private to VRChat
• Edits made public will be reported and action against account may be taken
• If you wish to edit heavily that it may not be recognizable as the original, please open a ticket in the discord server
• You will be asked to provide proof of purchase
• Heavily editing without prior permission from me can be taken as stealing body/head sculpts, which is not permitted
• You are not permitted to edit the head and body sculpting.
