Everything was done in Adobe After Effects 2023 version. This means it most likely won't work on any version before AE 2020. Just make sure you have at least the AE 2020 version installed.
Not really, since you've legally bought the product, that means you can freely use the presets for your own videos and edits. But I would appreciate if you do!
Depends on what exactly is the problem. If the problem is from my side, for example: uploading the wrong, corrupted, or broken file that isn't working; then yes, you will get a refund. On the other hand, if you for example have bought a product that clearly says "doesn't support Adobe After Effects 2019 and below" in the description, and you just happen to have that exact or older version, you will not get a refund, since a mistake was done from your side, and you can also just get the newer Adobe After Effects version.
