Welcome to the Printable Junky Corner Affiliate Program! By signing up, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Enrollment

• To join the affiliate program, you must complete the registration form and provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• Acceptance into the program is at the sole discretion of Printable Junky Corner.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

• You are responsible for promoting products honestly and ethically.
• Affiliates may not represent themselves as employees, partners, or representatives of Printable Junky Corner.
• Affiliates must use their unique affiliate link to ensure proper tracking and commission payments.

3. Commissions

• Affiliates earn a 20% commission on each sale made through their unique affiliate link.
• Commissions are calculated based on the product price, excluding taxes, fees, and discounts.
• No commission will be paid on purchases made by the affiliates themselves.

4. Payment Terms

• Payments are made monthly via PayPal, provided the affiliate meets the minimum payout threshold of $10.
• Payments are processed within the first 10 business days of the following month.
• Affiliates are responsible for any PayPal transaction fees.

5. Promotion Guidelines

• Affiliates may promote Printable Junky Corner through social media, blogs, websites, and email marketing.
• Spamming, unsolicited emails, and misleading claims are strictly prohibited.
• Affiliates may not use paid ads, such as Google Ads, to bid on the Printable Junky name or related trademarks.

6. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates are not allowed to:

• Promote defamatory content, offensive, or in violation of any laws.
• Use their affiliate link for personal purchases to earn commissions.
• Alter or manipulate the affiliate tracking link.

7. Termination

• Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause.
• Printable Junky Corner reserves the right to terminate an affiliate account for violations of these terms or inactivity for 6 months.
• Upon termination, affiliates will no longer earn commissions, and unpaid commissions may be forfeited if the termination is due to a policy violation.

8. Tracking and Reporting

• Printable Junky Corner uses an affiliate tracking system to monitor sales and commissions.
• We are not responsible for tracking issues caused by technical errors, browser settings, or customer actions.

9. Refunds and Chargebacks

• Commissions will not be paid on refunded, canceled, or disputed transactions.
• Any chargebacks will result in a deduction from the affiliate's future earnings.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Printable Junky Corner will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the affiliate program.
• Affiliates agree to use the program at their own risk.

11. Program Modification

• Printable Junky Corner reserves the right to modify or terminate the affiliate program at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes.

12. Acceptance of Terms

• By joining the Printable Junky Corner Affiliate Program, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
