This is for VRChat Asset and Texture Commissions!

• All prices listed are in USD.

Before starting the commission process, please ensure that you have the following:

• A clear idea of what you want made that can be explained and conveyed without confusion
• References where necessary

Commission Guidelines & Terms of Service

• All commissions follow the same TOS as any other product created by Mondei. Please review them Here
• Depending on my availability and what is requested, commissions may take up to 2-4 weeks to complete.
• I hold the right to refuse commission requests based on my judgement and capabilities.
• You may not resell the commissioned item.
• You many not claim the commissioned item as your own.
• Commissions are for Personal and Commercial Use on complete avatars.

Refund Policy

• There will be no refunds available under normal circumstances. Please ensure that you wish to commission my services before payment. 
• A refund will only be given if Mondei becomes unable to complete the commission.
• Mondei holds the right to cancel the commission within logical reason at any time. In this case, the paid sum at that current point will be refunded in full.

Payments

• Payment is upfront and will be expected to be paid before the commission is started.
• The prices listed are only the starting rates and additional fees may apply depending on the complexity of the design.
• If you have a deadline, please provide the date!
• If you would like to have exclusive rights, and not have me sell the commissioned product in my store, it will be a minimum +100% of the commission price.
• If you want expedited delivery, this will be at least 50% of the commission price.
• If you would like the commission to be worked on privately, there will be an NDA / privacy fee of +50%

Please note: Due to the nature of some assets, some items may not be eligible for expedited delivery. Depending on Mondei’s current workload, expedited delivery may be unavailable.

Revisions

• Minor revisions are free.
• Once the mesh is complete and ready for texturing, only minor revisions will be accepted. If you would like a major change, there will be extra fees.
• Once the majority of the mesh’s texture is complete, the above applies!
• For tattoo textures, Depending on how far along each limb and the torso are, the above will apply.
