• You MUST credit Mondei with a link to their Payhip Store if the avatar is used for any kind of commercial use.

• Mondei Avatars are only allowed to be used in VRChat unless explicit permission from Mondei has been given.

• Can be used for 18+ use (unless stated on listing page).

• Can NOT be used in any form of religious or political use.

• Can NOT be used in any form of AI, Blockchain or NFT training, or anything related to AI, Blockchain or NFTs.

• Do NOT make any of the avatars public.

• Please do NOT share, sell, rip, replicate or redistribute the avatar package, or any assets / textures from the avatar under any circumstances. Please purchase any assets directly from the respective sellers!

• Please do NOT re-use any assets directly from the package, or replicate any of Mondei's edits / sculpts of any assets, even if you own the assets.

• Please do NOT claim any of Mondei's avatars as your own. if someone asks, kindly refer them to the avatar's listing!

• Please do NOT price split or trade.

• Gifting an avatar or asset to someone will only give the rights of use to the person receiving the gift. No permission will be given to the person gifting the product to use the avatar or asset.

• Do NOT re-upload onto other websites. If the package is not received directly from Mondei, then the use of it is not permitted.

• Please have a basic understanding of unity before purchasing anything!

• Failure to input the correct and true information at check out will result in your access to the product being revoked.

• As this is a digital product, NO REFUNDS are available.
