Hi, I’m Dee.

I’m the woman behind mysilverbliss, a space that started because of my own hair, but turned into something bigger than that.

A few years back, I was dealing with alopecia and adenomyosis, and somewhere in the middle of all that, I stopped dyeing my hair. It wasn’t some big empowering decision at first, it was honestly just one less thing to fight with while my body was already fighting enough. But letting my grey grow out ended up teaching me more about myself than I expected. It became less about hair and more about learning to stop resisting things I couldn’t control.

I live in Lisbon with my husband, and these days my life looks pretty simple, jeans, t-shirts, slow mornings. I’m not here to sell you a formula or tell you there’s one right way to do any of this. Everything I create comes from what I’ve actually lived through.
