Julia Bono has written numerous books and many songs for the guitar and piano, as well as arrangements of other composers’ musical works. Her musical accomplishments include playing the guitar and piano, as well as the silver flute in her local community orchestra.

As a member of the vanguard in her generation to take up the use and programming of personal computers enthusiastically, Julia has had a lifelong passion for promoting the beneficial uses of modern technology which led her to help found the World Peace Through Technology Organization and serve on its board of directors.  She also embraced the early use of the Internet, operating an Internet shop and designing many websites herself.
