By purchasing, commissioning, downloading, subscribing, tipping, or otherwise obtaining any product, service, or content through this Ko‑fi page, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy, as well as all associated Terms & Conditions.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of the products and services offered, all sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, cancellations, returns, or credits will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Accidental purchases
- Failure to read product descriptions
- Personal preference or dissatisfaction with artistic style
- Incompatibility with software, devices, or platforms
- Delayed use or failure to download files
- Misunderstanding of what is included in the purchase
- Incorrect information provided by the customer
- Buyer remorse
Digital Products
All digital products, downloads, files, templates, graphics, artwork, resources, and other digital content are non-refundable once purchased. Because digital items can be downloaded, saved, copied, duplicated, or otherwise retained after delivery, refunds cannot be provided under any circumstances.
It is the purchaser's responsibility to review all descriptions, previews, requirements, and compatibility information before completing a purchase.
Custom Commissions
All commission payments are non-refundable.
By purchasing a commission, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Time, labor, and creative resources are reserved specifically for your project.
- Work may begin immediately after payment is received.
- Deposits, partial payments, and full payments are non-refundable.
- Refunds will not be issued due to changes in personal circumstances, loss of interest, delays caused by the client, or dissatisfaction with subjective artistic preferences.
- Requests for modifications or revisions are limited to any revision policy stated in the commission listing or agreement.
The artist reserves the right to decline, cancel, or terminate a commission at their discretion. In such cases, any compensation or refund, if offered, shall be determined solely at the artist's discretion.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
By making a purchase, you agree not to initiate a chargeback, payment reversal, payment dispute, or unauthorized transaction claim for any delivered digital product, completed commission, or service received.
If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed after a product, service, commission, or digital content has been delivered, the following actions may be taken:
- Immediate revocation of access to purchased content, files, downloads, memberships, or services.
- Cancellation of any active or pending commissions, orders, or projects.
- Permanent refusal of future sales, commissions, services, or support.
- Submission of evidence to the payment processor, financial institution, or dispute resolution service demonstrating fulfillment and delivery.
- Collection efforts for any fees, losses, or expenses incurred as a result of the chargeback or dispute where permitted by applicable law.
Fraudulent chargebacks, false payment disputes, or attempts to retain delivered products or services while reversing payment may be reported to the appropriate payment processor and investigated accordingly.
Agreement to Policy
By completing a purchase through this Ko‑fi page, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:
- You have reviewed the product or commission details before purchasing.
- You understand that all products and services are sold on a final-sale basis.
- You understand that digital products and commissions are not eligible for refunds.
- You agree to resolve any concerns by contacting the creator before initiating a payment dispute.
- You agree to be bound by this Refund Policy and all applicable Terms & Conditions.
