Coming from a professional dancing background I’ve always had a passion to coach others and train them in following a route to a healthier lifestyle. My main aim is to take away from any of the confusion of mixed messaged people receive around healthy living and eating. I train my clients in the gym and provide my exclusive Nat’s Kitchen cooking service. Here I educate all my clients about their diet and nutrition. For me the idea of personal training is to mentor and teach, leading to you being able to effortlessly follow this new, healthier, lifestyle. Working out is the ultimate stress reliever and mood booster. Combining this with a healthier diet you’ll soon notice the difference.
