If you have broken my TOS or been banned from my discord server, you are not allowed to use or purchase my avatars.

Checkout:

• You must put true and accurate information in the checkout
• You must be 18+ to buy products labeled as NSFW
• No refunds
• No chargebacks
• No price splitting
• For gifting, please correctly put in the gift recipient's information
• Contact me to correct any information

Distribution:

• You may not redistribute or resell avatars
• You may not share avatar files with anyone (if buying as a gift, use the gift feature in checkout)
• You may not upload avatars for others (even friends) without proof of ownership
• You may not sell edits of the avatar or assets specifically fitted to the avatar

Usage:

• You may NOT upload the avatar as public
• Avatars are only allowed to be used within VRChat (contact me for usage outside VRChat)
• Short-form social media content (TikToks, streaming, photos, etc.) does not need credit, but you may not gatekeep
• Long-form or paid social media content (YouTube, Onlyfans, etc.) must credit me with a link to my store in the description.

Edits:

• You may edit the avatar in any way you want
• The avatar must still be recognizable as the same avatar (no using it as a "base")
• Head swaps are allowed
• No political or obscene edits
• If you would like to share (the files of) any of your edits please ask me first

If you break my TOS I may:

• Ban you from my discord server
• Ban you from purchasing from my store
• Revoke download access to products you've purchased
• Share non-personal information to other creators so that they can ban you too
