・All models are for personal use only. No public uploads, no redistributions, no sharing—this includes VRChat publics, leaks, or “private” uploads with friends.

・You may not resell, trade, price-split, or personally upload for someone who doesn't own it. If someone wants it, they must purchase it themselves or get it through a gift.

・NO NSFW or fetish content. My avatars are strictly SFW and not to be used for inappropriate purposes.

・Do not asset mine—no ripping textures, assets, materials, or edits.

・Even if heavily edited, you may not upload my models publicly or pass them off as your own.

・If you’re using my models in TikToks, streams, or YouTube videos—yay! Just please credit me properly and don’t gatekeep them. You can say where you got it! 

・All uploads must be to your own account. Don’t upload for others unless they’ve bought it too.

・No uploading my work to file-sharing or piracy websites.

・Models are for VRChat only—if you want to use them elsewhere, please ask first.

・If you download from an illegal source (like a leaking server), I’m not responsible for any broken, bugged, or malicious content. Only buy from my official shop.

・I’m not responsible for game updates that might break things.

・All sales are final. No refunds, no exceptions.

・Chargebacks = instant blacklist + a report to Payhip.

・You will be banned and blacklisted across my server and others if found breaking these terms.
