Neoptic Store Policies

1. Authorized Use:

Neoptic products are exclusively for use in Roblox aviation. Using them outside this scope (e.g., flight simulators) will result in product removal. If you come across unauthorized use, please report it with evidence via a support ticket.

2. Redistribution & Resale:

Sharing, leaking, or reselling Neoptic products is strictly forbidden. Violators will lose access to all purchases and face a permanent blacklist. If you suspect unauthorized distribution, submit a support ticket with proof.

3. Product Transfers:

All transfers are final—once a product is transferred, you forfeit all access to it. To request a transfer, open a support ticket.

4. No Refund Policy:

All purchases are non-refundable. Chargebacks will lead to product removal and a permanent ban from Neoptic.

5. Roblox Studio Requirements:

By purchasing, you acknowledge that you have the necessary knowledge to set up and implement the product in Roblox Studio. Neoptic does not provide Studio training.

6. Modification Restrictions:

You may not alter Neoptic products or repurpose any assets (e.g., converting models, extracting interiors for other projects).

7. Rule Enforcement:

Failure to follow Neoptic’s policies may result in revoked access to products and a permanent blacklist, with no refunds issued.

8. Trading Ban:

Trading Neoptic products is not allowed.

9. Pre-Order Agreement:

By placing a pre-order, you accept that release timelines are subject to change. Refunds will not be issued for delays.
