I've spent 25 years inside hospitality. Not consulting from the outside — working it. Ships, resorts, fine dining, pre-openings. Cunard Line. P&O Cruises. The Little Nell in Aspen, a Relais & Châteaux property where the margin for error is zero and the standard never moves.
Across those years, one thing became obvious. Most venues don't fail because the food is bad or the team doesn't care. They fail because nobody ever showed the owner where the money was quietly leaving. Labour scheduled on feel. Menus priced on instinct. Beverage programs running at margins that look fine until they don't.
NEST Hospitality Solutions exists to fix that.
I built NEST for operators who are serious about their business. Not the ones looking for a motivational speaker. The ones who want to know exactly what's broken, why it's costing them, and what to do about it this week.
