I got into real estate because I saw a gap that bothered me.
Most new agents enter this industry without the foundational skills they need to actually serve their clients well — let alone build a business that lasts. The training stops at licensing, the support stops at onboarding, and then agents are largely left to figure it out on their own. The result is an 85% failure rate that the industry has quietly accepted as normal.
I wasn't willing to accept that.
With over 10 years in real estate, 1,000+ transactions, and more than $500 million in volume, I serve as COO of BRIX Real Estate Group — but more importantly, I've spent that time obsessing over what actually works and why so many talented agents never get the chance to find out.
That's what led me to found BRIX Foundations — a coaching and training platform built to give new and growing agents the systems, skills, and support they need to build real careers from the ground up.
