⸙ I need help uploading an avatar I bought.

Please head over to ⁠the 'unity uploads' channel on my discord and create a ticket so I can organise and sort out an upload for you. This is only for if you are getting me to upload it.


⸙ My avatar has crab claws / gestures don't work.


Please use the SDK in the package for this. If unable to, I've been told removing the mask in the FX for the gestures can fix this. 

To find this click on your avatar name in the hierarchy, scroll down on the inspector to FX and double click the FX. In the Left and Right Hand layers click the cogwheel and click the circle next to mask. From here just type in 'none' and it select it. Make sure to do this for both of the hand layers as well as the Quest version if it has a different FX.



Where is the Quest version?


The way may packages are currently set up is that both the PC version and the Quest version are in the same package. If there are numerous packages it is because they use either PhysBones or DynamicBones. This is because some avatars were made before VRChat switched, PhysBone packages have been included in all these older avatars.



I can't upload the Quest version.


To upload the Quest version it is easiest to deselect the PC and select the Quest. To do this click on the (avatar) PC name in the hierarchy, look to the inspector and uncheck the box at the top on the left of the name. Then click (avatar) Quest name in the hierarchy adn check the box in the inspector left of the name. Change your build to Android in the SDK and it should upload just fine. (Make sure you copy over the Blueprint from your PC one and paste in the Quest Blueprint).



Can you upload my avatar for me?
