General Shipping Policy

🌷We use standard registered mail via PHLPost / Post Office or ERIM Express to ship orders.

🌷Shipping usually takes 3-5 weeks and up to 8 weeks during busy seasons.

🌷 We are not responsible for lost, misdirected, or delayed shipments, or for freight damage in transit by carriers once dispatch.

🌷We are not liable for stolen or lost package caused by wrong shipping information.

USA Shipping Update

🌷PhlPost has officially resumed services for letter and document mail to the USA. This means that they will only accept flat items like Sticker Sheets, Sticker Flakes, Bookmarks, Binder Covers, and Art Prints.

🌷Bulky items are currently not allowed, but we will be hoping this will change in the near future.

Duties or Taxes

🌷Some countries such as those based in UK and the EU are charged with additional custom fees, import taxes, and VAT upon delivery. Customers are responsible for paying these fees.
