ITEMS:

🌷All products are illustrated and designed by Nyawoo Studio.

🌷Except for acrylic keychains, everything else are produced in house.

🌷Purchased items are for personal use only

🌷Reselling of products is strictly prohibited.

🌷Colors or products may slightly vary due to screen settings and lighting.

PROCESSING:

🌷Please allow 4-6 days for processing

🌷We make sure to check the quality and carefully package the products before shipping.

SHIPPING SCHEDULE:

🌷Shipping is scheduled every week.

🌷No shipping on weekends and holidays.

RETURN AND REFUND:

🌷We don't accept returns, exchange, or cancellations.

🌷You are responsible for tracking your orders. If your package was returned, we will only reship it if you pay for the shipping fees again.

🌷Refunds for returned items are not allowed.

🌷If the item is faulty (wrong type of paper finish and / or wrong cut lines), we'll be happy to send another mail. Please let us know within 48 hours so we can discuss it.
