All ebook and audiobook purchases are digital downloads. Because digital files cannot be returned, all sales are final.

If you have any problem accessing your download, contact us and we will help you resolve it. If we cannot resolve the issue, we will provide a refund.

Physical products

If you purchase a physical item directly from us and it arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery, and we will replace it or refund it. The buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.
