When you purchase One Real Start, information such as your name, email address, order details, payment status, and transaction information may be processed so we can complete your purchase and deliver the product. When you use the One Real Start guided session, we collect the responses you choose to submit, such as brief descriptions of the task you are working on, choices you make during the session, and what happened after you took action. If you contact us for support or a refund, we collect the information contained in your email and our correspondence with you. Our storefront and service providers may also automatically process technical information such as browser, device, cookie, and transaction data as part of operating their services.

HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We use information only as reasonably necessary to: • process purchases and deliver access to One Real Start; • operate the guided session and save submitted responses; • provide customer support and process refunds; • understand whether the product is helping customers take action and improve the product based on real usage; • prevent fraud, maintain security, and comply with legal or accounting obligations.

SENSITIVE INFORMATION

One Real Start is designed so that you do not need to provide sensitive documents or confidential account information. Please do not enter payment-card numbers, bank information, passwords, account numbers, medical records, legal documents, government identification numbers, or other highly sensitive information into the guided session or a support email.

SERVICE PROVIDERS

We use third-party services to operate One Real Start, including: • Payhip for the storefront and digital-product delivery; • Stripe for payment processing; • Tally for the guided One Real Start session; • Google Sheets for restricted validation and outcome records; • Gmail for customer support. These providers process information according to their own privacy policies and may process or store information in countries other than your own. We may also use Meta advertising and measurement tools to understand whether our advertisements lead to visits or purchases. When these tools are enabled, Meta may receive browser, device, and event information in accordance with its own privacy practices.

SHARING AND SELLING INFORMATION

We do not sell your personal information. We disclose information to service providers only where reasonably necessary to operate, measure, support, and secure One Real Start, or where disclosure is required by law.
