Refusing to oblige to the rules listed below will result to a ban from the discord server and from all of my online shops.

1. By purchasing my products, you hereby accept the Terms of Services of ANY products that are bought on my shop.
2. Under no conditions should you claim ownership of any of the products shown and sold. Do not reuse any of the assets that come from this model, always buy from the original creators that are listed in the credits.
3. Any avatar edits are obviously completely fine, I love seeing them! Although, you are not allowed to reuse any part extracted from my model in any way for your personal/commercial avatar.
4. If you want to extract nitro from the avatar you have purchased, you need to purchase or boost the creator’s server that it comes from. Nitro & free items are not allowed to be grabbed just as much as purchased assets.
5. Trading, leaking, sharing, uploading to other accounts or any of that behavior is prohibited - if found to do this, you will be banned from purchasing here.
6. You are not allowed to use any of the body & head sculpts I did on any of my models even if you do own the original base. This also goes for edited textures or tattoos for the model!
7. If you want to use my model for any social media platforms, I'm completely okay with that but I would prefer it if told or at least credited on your page! For VTubing purposes, please do not convert any of my models for tubing before asking for permission!
8. All products on my page that are avatars, are personal license only. Attempting to resell anything from my shop is strictly prohibited.
