My name is Deborah and I am the CEO and Founder of Professional Phlebotomy Solutions. PPS was established in 2017 to help current and prospective healthcare professionals excel in their careers. In addition to our phlebotomy school we offer tutoring services for phlebotomy students, phlebotomy test prep solutions.

Working in the clinical pathology laboratory arena for 19 years has brought me a wealth of joy and amazing knowledge. I started out as a donor phlebotomist working for the American Red Cross and have been blessed to climb the leadership ladder and own a successful career in the laboratory world. As a Certified Phlebotomy Instructor, I teach students the fundamentals of phlebotomy, venipuncture technique, and test prep solutions for passing their national phlebotomy exam.

My experience consists of donor phlebotomist, mobile phlebotomist, outpatient lab phlebotomist, ICU/ER phlebotomist, blood bank technician, laboratory processing technician, phlebotomy team lead, phlebotomy instructor, and phlebotomy manager.

I’ve had the pleasure of teaching over 500 students and each student has passed their phlebotomy certification exam on the first try. For me this is an amazing accomplishment because students have entrusted me with their success.
