DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND DELIVERY
All products sold by PIRUSTA are digital downloads. No physical item will be posted.
After payment, the download files are made available through Payhip. A download link is also sent to the email address used during checkout.
Please check that your email address is correct before completing your order.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Digital products are supplied immediately after purchase.
Where you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge the loss of your cancellation right, that right may end once the download begins.
We do not normally offer refunds for a change of mind after a file has been downloaded. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If a file is faulty, incomplete, not as described or cannot be opened, please contact us. We will first try to replace the file or resolve the problem. Where required by law, an appropriate refund or other remedy will be provided.
DOWNLOAD PROBLEMS
If you have not received your download email, please check your spam or junk folder. You can also access your purchases through your Payhip account.
For help, contact us at pirustapublishing@gmail.com and include your order number and the name of the product.

Your purchase is for your own personal use only.
You may not share, copy, resell, upload, distribute or reproduce the files for commercial use. You may print a copy for your own personal use unless the individual product states otherwise.
