• If there are any issues with the pricing of my models, feel free to contact me via the ticket system on my discord server. Please note that I'm open to negotiating prices in certain circumstances, but this is not a blanket offer and does not apply to all situations.
• You may NOT re-use my edits and model parts /price split /share / re-publish / resell- model, parts, setup or settings. You may not claim it as your own. Private Single Person use only!
• You can use my avatars in streams, YouTube/TikTok videos, and social media (including monetized content) as long as you give credit.
• You may not resell this avatar, take commissions using this avatar as the base, or profit directly off the model itself.
• May not use my edits for personal use on other projects, unless you are making a particular edit on the model itself. 
• NO REDISTRIBUTION OF THIS MODEL IN ANY WAY (INCLUDING EDITS)
• Users using this model without purchasing will be considered an infringement act.
• I (PixieCelosia) have the right to revoke your access to this model if you put in false info/break this TOS.
• If you need someone else to upload this model for you, they must also purchase this model.
• If you want someone to edit this model for you, they must also purchase this model.

• I’m not responsible if future VRChat updates break this avatar.
• If you are found using my avatars in malicious ways (such as harassment, hate speech, or other harmful activities), I have the right to revoke your access to the model and ban you from my shop/community.
• Bug fixes and small updates are included for free. If you find a bug, please report it in my server’s help channel — I can’t fix what I don’t know about! Larger reworks or big content updates may be sold separately.
• You are fully responsible for the Unity package and files you receive upon purchase. If your files are shared, distributed, or leaked. You, as the original purchaser, are held accountable, regardless of who performs the action.
• Due to the nature of this product, it is final and non-refundable. Chargebacks are absolutely not allowed.
