This policy is designed to ensure that the use of AI is ethical, lawful, and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and company policies.
Scope: This policy applies to all employees, contractors, temporaries, or third parties with access to AILM, whether through company-owned or BYOD (bring your own device.)
Use of AILM: Employees are authorized to use AILM for work-related purposes. This includes tasks such as generating text or content for reports, emails, presentations, images and customer service communications.
Copyright: Employees must adhere to copyright laws when utilizing AILM. It is prohibited to use AILM to generate content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others, including but not limited to copyrighted material. - Edit Content: General MRR licence - Licensee may edit, modify, or customize the digital content to align with their branding or specific business requirements before reselling. Conditional MRR Licence: Editing may not be allowed, please refer to the products description on our website to verify which level of licensing is assigned to the product.
- Resell with Master Resell Rights: Licensee may extend the same resell rights they received to their customers, enabling them to further resell the content.
Limitations: To ensure the integrity of this Licence, certain limitations are in place:
- Non-Exclusive: Licensor retains the right to offer similar licences to other Licensees.
- No Redistribution of License: Licensee is prohibited from sublicensing, assigning, sharing, or transferring THIS License to any other party. Licensee has the option to create their own custom licence if needed.
- No Copyright or Trademark Claims: Licensee may not assert copyright, trademark, or any form of intellectual ownership over the product.
Licensee’s Obligations: Licensee’s responsibilities include:
- Disclaimer: Licensee acknowledges that the digital content is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. Licensor is not liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of the digital content.
- Compliance: Licensee must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations in their area of residence during the resale and distribution of the digital content.
- Breach of Licence: Licensor reserves the right to terminate this Licence if Licensee violates any terms and conditions outlined herein.
- Effect of Termination: Upon termination, Licensee must promptly cease all use of the digital content and delete any copies in their possession.
Indemnification: Licensee agrees to indemnify and hold Licensor harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities that may arise from Licensee’s utilization, resale, or distribution of the digital content.
- In witness of our agreement, by purchasing and using our digital content, you are bound by the terms of this Master Resell Rights Licence Agreement.
