Avatars are for personal use ONLY; uploading publicly results in a ban/blacklist.

Uploading for anybody else besides yourself is strictly prohibited. The only exception is if both you AND the uploadee own the avatar.

Price splitting avatars is NOT allowed.

If gifting to a friend, you MUST include their info ( disc & vrc name ) as well as yours.

If a future VRC update breaks my avatars, i reserve the right to choose if i will fix them.

Leaking/trading/reselling/redistributing my avatars or their files is forbidden.

You may use my avatars for tiktok/youtube/twitch/other social medias WITH credit, EVEN if you've heavily edited the model.

There are NO refunds for digital products.
