We get all our stock from GoDropship we are in no way affiliated with them. If there is an issue with any products it may not be directly Pret Fidget's fault.

Due to high demand - we cannot guarantee that the product you request will be in stock. Should there be an issue with inventory you will be entitled to a partial refund.

Pret Fidgets will only allow returns if the product meets the following criteria:

• The product has been received and a return has been requested within 14 days.
• There is a genuine fault with the product (that may have happened in transit)

If there is not an issue with your product but you have changed your mind, we may not be able to accept returns due to stock and inventory levels.

When returning a product, you will be emailed an address to ship your product to. Once the package has been received by Pret Fidgets and is registered back into our inventory, a partial refund back to your bank account will be issued. Please note that refunds may take 3-7 working days to process.
