The Principal Idea

Real Experience. Practical Resources. Student Success.

Welcome to The Principal Idea!

I'm Trey Stevens, an elementary school principal and educator with a passion for helping students succeed, empowering teachers, and giving parents the tools they need to support learning at home.

I created The Principal Idea with one simple belief: Great education shouldn't be complicated, and quality resources should be accessible to everyone.

Drawing from my experience in education and school leadership, I develop practical, easy-to-use resources designed to make a real difference. From ATLAS test preparation and academic intervention tools to classroom resources, school leadership guides, and student growth systems, every product is created with real educational challenges in mind.

Whether you're a parent helping your child prepare for an important assessment, a teacher looking for effective instructional tools, or a school leader working to build a stronger school, you'll find resources designed with your success in mind.

Created by an educator. Inspired by students. Designed for success.

Welcome to The Principal Idea — where great ideas become practical solutions.
