By purchasing, downloading, or accessing any product from Psychotica (via Payhip or my Server), you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions. These apply to all content under the Psychotica brand, including but not limited to avatars, assets, and digital files.

1.1 Eligibility

To access or interact with any Psychotica content, you must be 18 years of age or older. Our digital assets and environments contain mature themes and high-intensity aesthetics not suitable for minors.

1.2 Breach of Terms

Defying these regulations results in an immediate, permanent exile from the Psychotica Payhip store and Discord server. Banned users forfeit all usage rights to our content. We reserve the right to pursue aggressive legal action, including DMCA takedown claims, against violators.

1.3 Digital Sales Are Final

All transactions are absolute. Because our products are delivered instantly via digital download, we do not offer refunds, returns, or reimbursements under any circumstances. Know what you are buying before you commit.

1.4 Your Responsibility

By finalizing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full. Psychotica is not liable for user error, lack of reading, or "buyer's remorse."

1.5 Technical Proficiency Required

We build for the experienced. You must possess a fundamental understanding of Unity and the VRChat upload process before purchasing. Psychotica does not provide hand-holding or support for issues arising from a lack of basic technical knowledge.

1.6 Intellectual Property & Originality

Custom assets, shaders, and designs created for Psychotica avatars are proprietary. Copying, imitating, or "ripping" these assets—even after public release—is strictly prohibited and monitored.

1.7 Post-Ban Usage Restrictions

If you are banned or blocked from our platforms, you are dead to the brand. You are strictly forbidden from using any Psychotica content, including free samples, paid assets, textures, or server-exclusive files. Continued use after a ban constitutes intellectual property theft.

1.8 Legacy & Outdated Content

The digital landscape moves fast. Older Psychotica packages or legacy files are provided "as-is" and may encounter compatibility or performance issues in updated software versions.

2.1 Personal Use Only

All Psychotica avatars are sold under a non-transferable, personal-use license. Only the original purchaser is authorized to use the product. Use by anyone else is considered theft.

2.2 Checkout Accuracy

Providing false, placeholder, or incomplete information during purchase (fake usernames, burner emails, etc.) will immediately void your license and terminate your access to all Psychotica content.

2.3 Platform Restriction

These assets are engineered exclusively for VRChat. Use in any other software, game engine, or platform is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

2.4 No Redistribution or Public Uploads

Reselling, trading, "leaking," price-splitting, or distributing these avatars is forbidden. Publicly uploading a Psychotica avatar or making it "clonable" is a direct violation of these terms.

2.5 Ownership Disclaimer

Modifying a model does not make it yours. You may not present any Psychotica product—modified or otherwise—as your original work.

2.6 Asset Usage and Sourcing

Assets used within Psychotica models must be sourced directly from their original credited creators. You are prohibited from "ripping" or extracting individual assets from a Psychotica package for use elsewhere.

2.7 No Asset Extraction or Deconstruction

Unpacking, reverse-engineering, or "kit-bashing" any part of a Psychotica model for personal or commercial gain is strictly forbidden.

2.8 Mesh Restrictions (Head & Body)

The custom head and body meshes are the soul of the Psychotica brand. They may not be duplicated, edited, or reused in any other project. These meshes are final.

2.9 Prohibited Use Cases

Psychotica content is strictly forbidden in association with:

• Childlike or "loli/shota" avatars.
• NSFW content involving minors or minor-coded characters.
• NFTs, AI training, or blockchain-related projects.

2.10 One Account Rule

One purchase = one VRChat account. Uploading to secondary or "alt" accounts without explicit permission from support is a breach of license.

2.11 Materials & Model Recreation

You may not replicate Psychotica shader settings or material properties for external projects. Recreating a Psychotica design—regardless of its release date—is strictly prohibited.

3.1 License Type

Psychotica assets carry a commercial license for creators and a personal-use license for buyers. You may use these assets in personal VRChat projects, but redistribution is governed by the rules below.

3.2 Accuracy at Checkout

Inaccurate data at checkout results in an instant, permanent forfeit of usage rights.

3.3 Platform Limitation

All assets are developed for VRChat only.

3.4 Redistribution Prohibited

Sharing, reselling, or "leaking" assets is strictly forbidden. All purchases are individual.

3.5 Editing Does Not Grant Ownership

Modification does not equal authorship. You remain a user, not the creator.

3.6 Commercial Use Requires Credit

If you use Psychotica assets on an avatar you intend to sell, you must provide clear credit in the product listing:

3.7 Approved Usage

You may use Psychotica assets on personal, private, public, or commercially sold avatars, provided these terms are met.

3.8 Brand Protection

The Psychotica logo, watermark, and internal branding must not be removed, hidden, or altered under any circumstances.

4.1 Required Credit for Streaming

If a Psychotica avatar is featured on TikTok, Twitch, Kick, or any adult platform (OnlyFans/Fansly), a visible link to the Psychotica store must be present in your bio or video description.

4.2 Monetized Content

If you generate revenue while using a Psychotica model (tips, subs, ad-rev), crediting the brand is mandatory.

4.3 Social Tags

We love seeing the chaos you create. Tag @Psychotica on social media to be featured.

5.1 No Public Edits

Edits must remain private. Publicly sharing or uploading an edited Psychotica model will result in a store-wide blacklist.

5.2 Credit for Edits

When showcasing an edit, you must state: “Edited version of [Model Name] by Psychotica.”

5.3 Core Mesh Integrity

No changes to head or body sculpts. You are not permitted to swap the head or body for external meshes.

5.4 Recognizability Rule

Your edit must remain identifiable as a Psychotica creation. At least 3 original mesh parts (excluding the body/head) must remain intact.

6.1 Recipient Information

The recipient’s email must be entered first at checkout to ensure the license attaches to the correct user.

6.2 Banned Users

Gifting content to a user on the Psychotica blacklist is prohibited. Attempting to circumvent a ban via gifting will result in your own account being banned.

7.1 Technical Requirements

We do not offer upload services. You are expected to know your way around Unity. For specific model guidance, check the #Tutorials channel in the Psychotica Discord.

7.2 Support

If you encounter a technical bug (not a user-error issue), open a ticket in the Psychotica Help Forum.
