Due to the digital nature of my products, all sales are considered as-is & final. Absolutely no refunds are available under any circumstances.

• Licensing - All products bought from my storefront are under a Royalty-Free Standard License. This license is non-exclusive & non-transferable.

• Purchasing - You may NOT price split, share, leak, trade, resell, redistribute, reupload, or give out any files associated with these products on their own. All assets in the storefront must be on a complete model(s).
• Any form of incorrect checkout information, failure to provide proof of purchase(s), or breaking my TOS will revoke all access to my community and storefront.
• If you choose to gift an asset to another user, you must follow the proper gifting procedure in the checkout. You may NOT purchase the asset yourself to then give to them separately. This will be considered a breach of TOS.

• AI - You may NOT use any of my work, branding, or any derivatives found on this website or any other form of social media for any form of AI training, machine learning, generative AI, or similar technologies in any way, shape, or form.

• Crediting - Proper credit is necessary when using my work commercially, on for-sale avatars, or for commissions. Please credit me by hyperlinking my name "Puggs" to the asset's page itself.

• I reserve the right to update or modify this TOS at any given time. When TOS updates are made, they will be dated apply retroactively to my entire storefront, including past assets, purchases, downloads, and product usage.

• I am not responsible for any form of 3rd-party software updates, social platform changes (ex. VRChat), Unity issues, shader issues, blender issues, or any compatibility problems that may arise. Assets on my storefront are considered "working" through thorough testing unless a major change is made - then I will update and adjust accordingly.
