Afton Warrick is an experienced educator with a Masters in Curriculum & Instruction who has taught Continuing Education at UNM since 2012. She instructed at both private and public intuitions prior to taking a leave from elementary education to raise her four children, and holds the highest level of licensure offered by NM. Warrick is passionate about fiber arts and offers a variety of quilting technique and project courses. Her efficient methods make classes fitting for enthusiasts of all experience levels. Warrick specializes in original design. She has won numerous quilt show awards and been exhibited at venues including The National Quilt Museum.
