You will firstly need a Customer Pass / Customer Card. You can get one as a gift or making at least 3 orders.

If you have one you have to go to the store’s linktree (linktr.ee/customercard), scroll down until you find “bases”. Download the latest version (only available on Apple, other devices in progress). Then click on it in shortcuts. Then there should normally be an option that says “helpcenter” or something like that.

I mostly use chunky or chenille yarn to crochet most of my orders / products / works. As for the crochet hooks I like to use crochet hooks from “Prym”.

I use a pocket printer to print the labels and other stuff to package. I also do make my own stickers to package with a pocket printer. I use bubbly wrap to wrap it up, and a box so that it will stay / ship safe. I use tape to close the box and I’m normally done, only a sticker to finish it.
