• I keep frequent contact with clients whenever I'm finished with the next step of the commission, like from thumbnails, to refined sketches, to line art, etc.
• Depending on where I'm stopped at in the commission, I'll refund the rest of the process.
• EX: Your watercolor sketch icon ($52) has been stopped while I'm in the sketch process. I place the value of my progress so far as $40, therefore, you'll get a $12 refund.

• "...don't have reference art of my character, just text/image boards" : I can still do your character, but I definitely need images, and I'll charge a small fee for this as this can go into character designing territory. The less info or more complex the design is, the more I'll charge. You can also make a character ref through character generators on PICREW.
• ​"...can't afford this one commission type I want" : I'm able to give a small discount, but this means I'll spend less time and detail in your commission.

I frequently send work in progress screenshots, especially when I’m done with a stage (sketch, line art, flats etc) so I can check if everything’s alright before I get the green light to move on. You can also refer to my Notion waitlist to see what stage your commission is at.

All art will have a canvas height/length of at least 1800px and DPI of at least 72.

Generally, if it's $100 and under it'll be completed in 1 week. If it's $110 - $200, it'll take about 2 weeks. So, every $100 adds on 1 week.

I live in Malaysia, GMT+8. I’m generally active from 9am to 1am.

I accept 50/50 payments. However, you can pay in thirds for orders $200 and over. I do prefer full payment upfront though, to avoid transaction fees.
