I'm a certified real estate negotiations expert, and also a certified seller representative specialist. I also specialize in property management with a niche in short term/vacation rentals. I attribute my continued success to my back end systems, processes, and gift for administration. It’s comes easier to me than most, and it has been a key factor in my 12+ corporate roles since the age of 18.
