Rachel Duxler is a Lifestyle Coach at Redefining All Diets. Graduating from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in September 2017, Rachel is equipped with the tools to help busy working people find ways to incorporate a healthy lifestyle. With the hustle and bustle life of corporate America, Rachel has experience in making healthy, easy, fast meals for even the busiest of people. Being overweight for most of her life, Rachel decided it was time to make a change in her lifestyle choices. Influenced by reading food blogs, Rachel started finding her favorite childhood dishes to learn how to cook them from scratch. By transforming her favorite restaurant dishes into healthy, delicious meals, Rachel has been able to take over 30 lbs off of her and keep it off for over 5 years. Now, Rachel helps others be able to enjoy delicious, restaurant quality food from the comfort of their own home. Some of the effects of working with Rachel are improved confidence, reduced anxiety, and improved gut health. While Rachel is not cooking, she loves pole fitness, running obstacle course races, and attending live music events.
