SERVICE AGREEMENT AND REFUND POLICY

This Service Agreement and Refund Policy (“Agreement”) is between RedevelopHER, LLC, and you, the client (“Client”). By engaging in our services or completing any transaction, you agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement.

1. Scope of Services

RedevelopHER offers the following services, which may be customized to meet your business needs:

• Consultations: Professional business consultations, including guidance on business setup, operational support, compliance advice, and digital design.
• Business Setup and Operational Support: Assistance with LLC formation or amendment, filing EIN and BOI, and personalized intake and documentation review.
• Creative Branding and Digital Design: Development of branding strategies and creation of digital assets aimed at growing your business.
• Provider Enrollment and Compliance Support:
• Collecting and organizing documentation for APD provider enrollment.
• Guiding you through APD enrollment requirements, identifying compliance gaps, and preparing necessary materials.
• Managing submissions and tracking the progress of applications.
• Outlining Medicaid provider application requirements and assisting with enrollment.
• Monitoring ongoing compliance and maintaining communication to ensure readiness.
• Training, Coaching, and Support: Educational services, including business coaching, Q&A sessions, and specific process guidance to help you navigate your business journey.

2. Payment Terms

All payments for services are due at the time of service or as otherwise agreed upon. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to the payment schedule and fees discussed at the time of your service request.

3. Non-Refundable Policy

By using our services, you agree to the following non-refundable policy:

• Non-Refundable Services: Payments made for all services (consultations, business setup, operational support, branding, enrollment assistance, and other services) are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Cancellation: While you may cancel services at any time, no refunds will be issued for any payments already made. All payments are final, even if services are incomplete or if you're dissatisfied.
• No Exceptions: This policy applies regardless of the stage of service or any reasons for dissatisfaction. No exceptions will be made.

4. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate and timely information and documentation necessary for us to perform the services outlined. Any delay in providing these documents may result in delays in service delivery but does not entitle you to a refund. Ensure that all submitted information is accurate and up to date.

5. Termination of Agreement

Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice. However, as outlined in Section 3, no refunds will be issued for services rendered up to the point of termination. You will be responsible for paying any outstanding fees up until the termination of services.

6. Limitation of Liability

RedevelopHER is committed to providing high-quality services. However, you agree that Consult-Her is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the services provided. This includes any damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information shared during the course of this Agreement. This confidentiality obligation will remain in effect even after the Agreement ends.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state in which RedevelopHER operates. Any disputes that arise will be resolved through mediation or, if necessary, binding arbitration in the state or city where RedevelopHER is located.

9. Acknowledgment and Acceptance

By engaging our services and/or submitting any payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions in this Agreement, including the non-refundable policy. This Agreement constitutes the full understanding between the parties and can only be amended by written consent from both parties.

Digital Acknowledgment

By using this website and engaging with our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• You have read, understood, and accepted the Service Agreement and Refund Policy, including the non-refundable policy.
• You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in the Service Agreement.

By continuing to access and use the website or proceeding with any service request, you are confirming your agreement to these terms.

If you do not agree with any part of the agreement, please refrain from using the services provided on this site.
