• Website Design & Digital Branding
• Policies & Procedures Documentation
• Support for Homecare Agencies, Group Homes, and Real Estate Professionals
• APD iConnect Training & Compliance Support
• Creative Content & Marketing Materials

Important: We do not offer legal, tax, or financial advice. All services are administrative, creative, or operational in nature. Clients must consult a licensed professional for legal, financial, or tax-related matters.

2. Legal Disclaimer & Client Responsibility

By using our services, you agree to hold RedevelopHER harmless for any legal, tax, regulatory, or financial outcomes resulting from the use or misuse of our services or materials. We do not guarantee regulatory approval, business success, or specific financial results.

Clients are solely responsible for:

• Verifying the accuracy and legality of submitted information
• Ensuring their own compliance with local, state, and federal laws
• Consulting appropriate licensed professionals as needed

3. Intellectual Property

All designs, templates, written content, digital products, and branding materials created by RedevelopHER remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

4. Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations

• Payment is due upfront unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
• All payments are non-refundable once services have begun.
• Late payments may result in paused or canceled services.
• You may cancel in writing at any time, but no refunds will be issued for work already started or completed.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of income or business.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed under the laws of the State of FL. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where RedevelopHER operates unless otherwise agreed upon.

7.Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Agreement Completion and Service Activation

To proceed with your purchased product or service, you must complete, sign, and return this Service Agreement by scanning and emailing it to info@redevelopher.co. The signed agreement must be received no later than 3 business days after the date of payment.

Failure to submit the signed agreement within this timeframe will result in automatic cancellation of the service or product purchase, and any deposits or payments made may be forfeited according to the refund policy. By making payment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
