OVERVIEW

These licenses explain what you may and may not do with files purchased from Retro Atomic Works. All purchases grant a license to use the artwork; Retro Atomic Works retains copyright and ownership of the original files.

PERSONAL USE LICENSE (included with purchases)

You may:

• Print the artwork for personal display (home, office, events).
• Use files in personal projects, moodboards, or non‑commercial décor.
• Use JPG previews for planning or inspiration.

You may NOT:

• Sell the artwork or include it in products for sale.
• Share, redistribute, or gift the original digital files.
• Upload the artwork to print‑on‑demand (POD) platforms.
• Claim authorship of the artwork.

COMMERCIAL USE LICENSE (included with posters & web files)

You may:

• Create and sell physical products that incorporate the artwork (prints, posters, menus, décor).
• Sell flattened digital products that include the artwork as a non‑extractable element.
• Use the artwork in branding, marketing, social media, and client work.
• Include the artwork in shop listings and promotional materials.

You may NOT:

• Resell or redistribute the original, editable digital files.
• Sell the artwork as a standalone digital download.
• Upload the artwork to POD platforms as a standalone product.
• Claim authorship or present the artwork as your original creation.
• Use the artwork to create competing digital products that replicate the original asset.

SEAMLESS PATTERN LICENSE (included with pattern purchases)

You may:

• Use the pattern in unlimited physical products (stickers, packaging, apparel, posters, journals).
• Use the pattern in unlimited digital products only if the pattern is flattened and not extractable.
• Modify the pattern (recolor, crop, combine) for your own designs.
• Use the pattern in POD products only when it is part of a larger, original design (the pattern cannot be the main standalone asset).

You may NOT:

• Resell, share, or redistribute the original pattern tile.
• Sell the pattern as a standalone digital asset (e.g., “seamless pattern pack,” “digital paper”).
• Upload the pattern to POD sites as a standalone repeating pattern.
• Include the pattern in freebies or bundles where the tile can be extracted.

MOCKUP LICENSE (included with mockup purchases)

You may:

• Use mockups to display your own artwork in listings, marketing, and social media.
• Use mockups across unlimited product listings and client presentations.

You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the mockup files.
• Create new mockups for sale using these mockups.
• Claim mockup photography as your own.
• Include mockups in any freebie or bundle for redistribution.

PROHIBITED USES (applies to all products)

• Do not resell, share, or redistribute original files.
• Do not include files in any AI training dataset.
• Do not claim the artwork or mockups as your own creation.
• Do not use files in ways that directly compete with Retro Atomic Works.

OWNERSHIP VS LICENSE

• You own: the right to use the files under the license you purchased.
• Retro Atomic Works owns: the copyright, original artwork, mockup photography, and all source assets.
