Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds and exchanges.


However, you may return an item under the following conditions:


1. The item was found with defect such as damaged fabric, different order and misprint.


2. The item delivered was wrong.


3. The item must not be washed, altered or worn and it must have all the original tags and packaging intact.



Please note that it is the buyer's responsibility to check the ordered items once they have received them. We are not responsible for any damage caused during delivery by our courier partners.


You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date that it arrived at your shipping address.


The refund will be offered to you in the form of a discount voucher and not cash.

  2. Your email address
  3. The Order Number
  4. A brief reason on why you are requesting the refund.
  5. Please attach videos showing clearly the before or during the opening of the item's packaging.
  6. Please attach photos showing the defect area and state which item it is.
