International Shipping Policy
Shipment processing times
All Orders are processed within 3 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays according to the Malaysian Calendar.
If We experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email.
Shipping rates
Delivery estimates
The estimates include the time it takes to create and fulfill your products. This is only for your reference, the actual delivery time and shipping rates are subjected to the actual calculation.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated after your Order has been confirmed and accepted by us.
We will calculate your shipping cost based on your shipping address and email you an updated invoice.
For Orders Within Malaysia

For International Orders
Estimated delivery time:
- 10-15 business days
For shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Retro Valley ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment Confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Confirmation Email once Your Order has been accepted by us.
Once your order payment is made, you will receive an updated Email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Retro Valley is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order.
All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes).
Damages
Retro Valley is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
