DIGITAL PRODUCT PERSONAL USE LICENSE AGREEMENT

IMPORTANT—READ CAREFULLY: This Digital Product Personal Use License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you (the "Licensee" or "User") and the copyright owner ("Licensor"). By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using any e-books, digital images, or self-help guide PDFs (collectively, the "Digital Products"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not download or use the Digital Products.

1. LICENSE GRANT & PERMITTED USE

Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable, worldwide license to use the Digital Products solely for your own private, personal, and non-commercial educational or entertainment purposes.

Under this license, you may:

• Download and save the Digital Products onto your personal electronic devices (e.g., computer, tablet, smartphone, e-reader).

• Print a single physical copy of e-books or self-help guides strictly for your own personal, offline reading and workbook exercises.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & OWNERSHIP

You acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing a license to use the Digital Products, not purchasing ownership of the content itself. All title, ownership, copyrights, trademarks, and intellectual property rights in and to the Digital Products (including but not limited to text, images, layouts, designs, and concepts) remain exclusively with the Licensor.

3. STRICT PROHIBITIONS & RESTRICTIONS

Any use of the Digital Products not expressly permitted in Section 1 is strictly prohibited. You agree that you will not:

• Commercialize: Sell, resell, rent, lease, license, sublicense, or otherwise exploit the Digital Products for financial gain or commercial purposes.
• Distribute: Share, email, text, or transfer the digital files to any other person, or upload them to public servers, shared drives, torrent sites, or social media networks.
• Modify: Alter, edit, copy, remix, excerpt, or create derivative works from the text, guides, or digital images without express written consent from the Licensor.
• Remove Notices: Delete or obscure any copyright watermarks, logos, or proprietary notices embedded within the files.

4. NO REFUNDS & FINAL SALE

Due to the instant, downloadable nature of digital goods, all purchases of the Digital Products are final sale and non-refundable. Once delivery or download access has been initiated, the transaction cannot be cancelled or refunded.

5. TERMINATION

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Digital Products and delete/destroy all digital and physical copies in your possession.

6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES & LIABILITY

• "As-Is" Basis: The Digital Products are provided "as-is" without any warranties, express or implied. The self-help guides and e-books are for informational and educational purposes only and do not substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
• Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Licensor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Digital Products. In no event shall Licensor’s total liability exceed the actual amount paid by you for the specific product.
