TERMS AND SERVICE
by purchasing any of my avatars, you are agreeing to the following:
ALLOWED:
- You may contact me if necessary in order to fix a major problem with an avatar (broken toggle, bugs, missing assets).
- You can have someone help you upload a model if you are not knowledgable of Unity.
- You can edit my models to your liking, it is afterall your purchase, do as you see fit ♡
- You may share a couples package with your significant other/friend so long as their discord and vrchat information is listed within the checkout.
WITHIN REASON:
- My models may be edited by someone of a third party (not the buyer) but I must be contacted both the buyers vrchat information and the person editing the model's discord + vrchat information. My model must be deleted afterwards from the third parties computer.
- You can have someone upload the model for you but I must be contacted with their discord + vrchat information and the file cannot be uploaded to anyone's account but the buyers. My model must be deleted afterwards from the third parties computer.
NOT ALLOWED:
- You can not trade any of my models or assets.
- You can not resell my model or any of the assets on my models.
- You can not make my models public in any way, shape or form.
- You can not take assets off from my models, you must purchase from the original creator(s).
- You can not share my model packages.
- You can not fill out the information at checkout incorrectly, this will void purchase and you can be subjected to a DMCA.
Failure to comply with my TOS can result in legal action being taken against you and anyone involved.
RENDER TERMS AND SERVICE
ALLOWED:
- If you have commissioned me for a render, you are absolutely more than welcome to use it in a product for purchase!
- You are allowed to use my renders for VRChat images (i.e: including the render image into product files)
WITHIN REASON:
- Every commissioner is given their render as two versions, one with my signature blended in with the scenery and one without my signature. If you use the image without my signature on it, you must give credit for the render with a link back to my payhip page. If you use the render with my signature included, a credit is not required but is welcomed. Discord credit is not necessary and I discourage doing that when crediting me, thank you.
NOT ALLOWED:
- You can not use my renders without my permission.
- You can not use my render without crediting me, be it with leaving my signature on the render or credit within the product listing. One of these must be done or I will ask you to remove my render image from your product.
ANY OF THESE TERMS OF SERVICE ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE
