Scope of Service Agreement

To keep our monthly managed plans affordable for local Malaysian SMEs, we operate under a strict scope of service. Please review what is covered and what is excluded from your hosting and maintenance subscription.

1. What We Cover (In-Scope)

• Static Website Hosting: Blazing-fast deployment on global Content Delivery Networks (CDNs).
• SSL Security: Automatic provisioning and renewal of SSL certificates (HTTPS).
• Domain Configuration: Connecting your custom domain name (e.g., .com, .net, .org) to your hosted site.
• Content Updates: Standard text modifications, image/photo swaps, phone number updates, operating hours updates, and minor link changes.
• Third-Party Embeds: Pasting code snippets for widgets you already use (e.g., WhatsApp floating button, Google Maps, Facebook Pixel, or Mailchimp forms).

Page Limits (by Plan):

• The Concierge: Covers sites up to 7 pages.
• The Transition: Covers migrations up to 10 pages.
• The Professional / Transition +: Covers sites up to 15 pages.

2. What We Do NOT Cover (Out-of-Scope)

The following tasks are strictly excluded from all standard monthly hosting plans.

• Active SEO Campaigns & Keyword Research: We do not conduct keyword research, write SEO articles, build backlinks, or manage search ranking optimization. (Your site has a search-engine-friendly structure, but ranking performance is not managed by us).
• Google Analytics & Search Console Setup/Reporting: We do not configure analytics properties, set up conversion tracking, or generate traffic reports. (We will paste your tracking ID/code onto the site for free if provided).
• Databases & User Portals: We do not build user logins, customer dashboards, members-only areas, or custom databases. Our services are strictly for fast, static brochure/landing pages.
• Copywriting & Stock Image Sourcing: You must provide all copy (text) and images. We do not write content, design branding assets, or search for stock photos on your behalf.
• Ongoing Business Costs: We do not pay for your domain registration renewals or custom email mailbox hosting (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoho Mail). These accounts must be paid for directly by you.
• Ad Campaign Management: We do not run or optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), or TikTok Ads.

3. Custom Template Modifications (Major Changes)

If you require major layout changes, page additions, or design theme adjustments after your website has launched, these are not covered by standard maintenance.

• Major template changes are billed at a flat rate of $15/hour.
• We will always provide a time and cost estimate for your review, and no work will begin without your prior written approval to ensure there are no billing surprises.

4. Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Support Hours

• Business Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, excluding public holidays.
• Response Time (by Plan):
• The Concierge & The Transition: Standard updates are completed within 24 to 48 hours (business days).
• The Professional / Transition +: Priority updates are completed within 24 hours (business days).
• Billing & Cancellations: Subscriptions are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, your site hosting will terminate at the end of your billing cycle, and we will package your static website source files and deliver them to you so you can host them elsewhere.
