Terms of Purchase

These Terms of Purchase apply to digital books, guides, checklists and other downloadable materials purchased from the Riviera State of Mind™ store.

The products are published by Maggie Mark Consulting, LLC under Riviera State of Mind™ and may be written by Magdalena Buchardt under the name Maggie Mark.

By purchasing or downloading a product from this store, you agree to these terms.

Digital Products and Delivery

All products sold through this store are digital unless expressly stated otherwise. No physical product will be shipped.

After successful payment, you will receive access to the purchased files through the download page and the email address provided during checkout. You are responsible for entering a valid email address and ensuring that your device can open the file format identified in the product description.

If you experience difficulty accessing or downloading your purchase, please contact us so that we can help resolve the issue.

Personal-Use Licence

Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and use the product for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may store the product on your personal devices and create a reasonable backup copy for your own use. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of its content, design, intellectual property or associated rights to you.

The licence is granted solely to the original purchaser. It does not extend to family members, friends, colleagues, clients, employees, organisations or members of an online community.

• resold, sublicensed, rented or commercially exploited;
• translated, adapted, edited or repackaged for distribution;
• presented as your own work;
• used in a course, consultancy service, publication, presentation or commercial product;
• used to create a competing or substantially similar product; or
• uploaded to, incorporated into or used to train, fine-tune, develop, evaluate or improve an artificial-intelligence or machine-learning system.

Short quotations may be used where permitted by applicable law, provided that the quotation is properly attributed and does not substitute for purchasing the original product.

Riviera State of Mind™ and associated names, titles, visual identities and original frameworks remain the property of Maggie Mark Consulting, LLC or their respective rights holders.

Prices, Payments and Taxes

Prices are displayed on the product page and may be changed at any time. Any price change will apply only to future purchases.

Payments are processed through Payhip and its supported payment providers. Applicable taxes may be calculated and collected during checkout according to the purchaser’s location and the relevant legal requirements.

You are responsible for ensuring that the payment and billing information supplied during checkout is accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

Refunds and Right of Withdrawal

Because digital products are supplied immediately and cannot meaningfully be returned once accessed or downloaded, purchases are generally non-refundable after access or downloading has begun, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

If you are entitled to a statutory withdrawal period, you expressly request that delivery of the digital content begin immediately. You acknowledge that once access or downloading begins, you may lose the statutory right to withdraw from the purchase.

This does not affect any mandatory rights you may have if a product is defective, inaccessible, materially different from its description or otherwise does not conform to applicable consumer-protection law.

If you purchased the same product twice accidentally, received an incorrect file or experience a technical problem that prevents access, please contact us before requesting a chargeback. We will review the matter and make reasonable efforts to resolve it.

Updates and Revisions

Your purchase gives you access to the edition identified on the product page at the time of purchase.

Minor corrections or updated files may occasionally be provided at our discretion. The purchase of one edition does not automatically include future editions, substantially revised versions, additional products, consultations or personalised updates unless the product description expressly states otherwise.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maggie Mark Consulting, LLC, Riviera State of Mind™, Magdalena Buchardt and Maggie Mark will not be liable for losses, costs or damages arising from decisions made in reliance on the product, changes in laws or regulations, actions of third parties, interruptions in digital access or use of the product outside its stated purpose.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits any mandatory consumer rights.

Suspension or Termination of the Licence

The personal-use licence may be terminated if the product is shared, resold, reproduced, distributed, commercially exploited or otherwise used in breach of these terms.

Termination does not affect any rights or remedies available in relation to copyright infringement, unauthorised distribution or other misuse.

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in the products, store operations or applicable requirements. The version displayed at the time of purchase will apply to that purchase unless a change is required by law.

Governing Law and Consumer Rights

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Maggie Mark Consulting, LLC, without depriving consumers of any mandatory protections available under the laws of their country of residence.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved directly, the parties retain any rights and remedies available under applicable law.
