Hi, I'm Bobby! Real estate investor, DIYer, and the guy behind RJ Rehabs.

I crated 1 Board Projects to make woodworking feel a little less intimidating. Every project starts with one board and is designed to be simple, affordable and doable with basic tools - no fancy shop required.

These are the same projects I build and share on social media, with straightforward plans so you can build them too.

One board. Simple tools. Let's build something!
