Welcome to Rosch Creative Hub. By using this website or purchasing any of our services/products, you agree to the following terms:

1. General Services

Rosch Creative Hub provides digital design, VA services, and creative resources. All services are subject to the specific scope defined in your project proposal or product description.

2. The "Website in a Week" Sprint (Specific Terms)

For our signature 7-day intensive:

• Client Deadlines: The 7-day timeline begins only after the Client has submitted the completed Onboarding Kit.
• Rescheduling: Delays in submitting materials may result in a project reschedule fee.
• Final Approval: Minor revisions are included at the end of the sprint; major changes requested after launch will be billed as a separate project.

3. Payments & Cancellations

• Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable as they secure a dedicated block of time on our calendar.
• Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital resources, all sales for downloadable items are final.
• Payment Plans: If a payment plan is selected, access to the final service or product will be granted only after the final payment is cleared.

4. Intellectual Property

All designs created by Rosch Creative Hub are the original intellectual property of the Hub until final payment is made, at which point ownership of the final design transfers to the Client.

We collect personal information (name, email, business details) when you book a discovery call, subscribe to our newsletter, or purchase a product.

• Provide requested services (VA, Design, or Digital Products).
• Process payments securely through Payhip.
• Communicate project updates and occasional marketing (which you can opt-out of at any time).

3. Third-Party Links

Our site may link to external tools (like Calendly or social media). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party platforms.
